Dr. Vashshith Narayan Singh with his flute In 2001 a movie named- A Beautiful Mind through Hollywood got featured in public domain that was based on world’s renowned mathematician Dr. John Forbes Nash. Dr. Nash was awarded the Nobel Prize in economics for “Game Theory” that gained pace and recognition in field of economics throughout the globe. Likewise, India also had a beautiful mind named Dr. Vashishtha Narayan Singh. Both, Dr. Nash and Dr. Vashshith shared similar life events of early recognition of their intelligence, a brilliant record in academics and later diagnosis of schizophreni a. Sadly, the mathematical mind of highest order hailing from Bhojpur district of Bihar passed away during morning hours of 14 th November 2019.
